The BodyIron Fly Pad attaches to your rack for chest supported fly's and rows. Compatible with any free weights system, the fly pad eliminates the need for a workout bench saving you a ton of valuable floor space.

Offering 4 incline levels the fly pad can support your chest, back, or arms for a variety of exercises, including:
