Pack Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring equipment is securely padded to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup for heavy gym equipment.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
